Christmas Box in a Bag

Just thought I'd share a Box in a Bag I made for Christmas. I actually made another one that I liked even better but gave it away full of shortbread before I took a picture of it. Anyway here is the other box I still have here for the moment.

Present for Jodi's Birthday

My friend Jodi had a birthday last week and like always lately I was running late getting her little pressie organised. I am happy with how all this came together using the gorgeous Bella Rose DSP's.

I made for Jodi a little 3"x3" Note Card Box with some little note cards in it (instructions on how to make one can be found here), a Box in a Bag full of yummy chocolates which I have made before (instructions can be found here) and one of my favourite little Pocket Cards (instructions can be found here).

I hope she likes it all. All these ideas came from the Splitcoast Stampers website. You can find lots of other great projects they have done tutorials on here. So here are some pics to show you.

Mojo Monday Week 95 Card 2

I'm back with another card for the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge. My first attempt and a picture of the layout can be found here. I made a Box in a Bag recently using Raspberry Tart paper and have now made a matching card using the sketch. It's my friend Vicky's birthday this weekend so I intend on filling the bag with chocolates and giving this to her. I'm still deciding whether to add a flower to the bag like I have done on the card but for some reason I just like the simplicity of the bag with no other trimmings. Box In A Bag

Hello, today I have a Box in a Bag to show you. I've wanted to have a go at making one of these since my talented friend Mel made a stack of these at Easter time. You can see her lovely creations here. These bags are quite simple to make yet look very special if you were to receive one (I think so anyway). I think I will use them for end of year presents for my daughters kindy teachers full of yummy chocolates.
