Here are 2 cards I've had a chance to make so far. Firstly this little cutie cake card is for Ella. Just plain but I like it and the sentiment says "if you are what you eat, eat something cute". She is a cutie too.</div><div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5564103605321130130" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TTeqv8ii4JI/AAAAAAAABOs/Qg3UxJN3NsI/s320/IMG_6420%255B1%255D" /></div><br />Secondly is this card for Isaiah. It looks better in real life but I just don't have lots for little boys so I just did a few different animals. The little owl has blue rhinestones for his eyes.<br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TTeqvksTt_I/AAAAAAAABOk/h8o1RFCJiow/s1600/IMG_6417%255B1%255D"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5564103598919628786" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TTeqvksTt_I/AAAAAAAABOk/h8o1RFCJiow/s320/IMG_6417%255B1%255D" /></a>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-85801725710724189582011-01-20T13:14:00.002+10:002011-01-20T13:21:19.133+10:00Hello Peeps....here to share with you an idea I saw on <a href="http://mandyschiller.blogspot.com/2010/11/stamped-canvas.html">Mandy Schiller's blog</a> . This is a hair clip holder/organiser. I made this for Logan's friend Grace and gave it to her with some clips on it. Silly me forgot to take a pic with the clips on but basically you clip the hair clips onto the pink ribbon. This was a white canvas I sponged with pink ink and then stamped baroque motif background stamp and added butterflies with pearls on them. I kept this one pretty plain for my first attempt.<br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TTepIMFUDDI/AAAAAAAABOc/neCkQ3blcc8/s1600/IMG_6412%255B1%255D"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5564101822787095602" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TTepIMFUDDI/AAAAAAAABOc/neCkQ3blcc8/s320/IMG_6412%255B1%255D" /></a><br /><div></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-52946429184758882212011-01-15T09:37:00.003+10:002011-01-15T09:41:40.110+10:00Butterfly Card for GraceHi Everyone. Well what a start to the New Year with the <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-corrected">devastating</span> floods in our beloved Queensland. It's been absolutely crazy. My daughter's best friend Grace had to postpone her 5<span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">th</span> birthday party due to floods last Saturday but the party will be on tomorrow. Here is the card I made for her birthday. Hope you like it Grace. I just love my little butterfly punch at the moment.<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TTDeYA8Oe8I/AAAAAAAABOU/dYcBoY6_KwE/s1600/IMG_6410%255B1%255D"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5562190043953396674" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TTDeYA8Oe8I/AAAAAAAABOU/dYcBoY6_KwE/s320/IMG_6410%255B1%255D" /></a><br /><div></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-50501259543430466342010-11-28T09:01:00.004+10:002010-11-28T09:12:11.545+10:00Elegant Bouquet ButterfliesHere to share with you some super simple cards. Again I must give credit for this simple design I found on <a href="http://www.google.com.au/imgres?imgurl=http://www.stampthat.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/barely-banana-butterfly1.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.stampthat.com/blog/beautiful-butterfly-exclusive-stampin-up-die/&usg=__AT5fxRv-mg-FLrzIMju4JGS4pY8=&h=336&w=429&sz=69&hl=en&start=5&zoom=1&um=1&itbs=1&tbnid=6otjFtjSq6X76M:&tbnh=99&tbnw=126&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dbutterflies%2Bstampin%2Bup%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26rlz%3D1T4GFRE_enAU376AU376%26tbs%3Disch:1">this</a> blog. Becky has made cards similar to the 2nd card below layout however she has used the butterfly die and I have used a stamp and punch for my butterfly. My cards simply use whisper white and I tried out the new In Colour Peach Parfait which I wasn't too sure of when I first saw it. I'm not an orange lover but I really liked it when I used it on this card. These two cards are birthday cards for two special little girls, Jill who will be 3 soon and Anika also 3 today.<br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGOKOcGHQI/AAAAAAAABOI/OIkNBL6eKbU/s1600/IMG_6155.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5544368922595564802" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGOKOcGHQI/AAAAAAAABOI/OIkNBL6eKbU/s320/IMG_6155.jpg" /></a><br /><div><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGOJTQLIgI/AAAAAAAABOA/UgEltDQlEpw/s1600/IMG_6152.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5544368906707870210" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGOJTQLIgI/AAAAAAAABOA/UgEltDQlEpw/s320/IMG_6152.jpg" /></a> <div></div></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-65035192609320737162010-11-28T08:47:00.003+10:002010-11-28T09:01:04.566+10:00Concord Crush ChristmasHere are some more Christmas Card I've made. I love this very simple layout and must give credit to <a href="http://www.jaynemercer.com/blogs/">Jayne Mercer </a>for the inspiration behind it. Each card is a little different. The first uses shimmer paint on the bauble and some silver cord, the second is plain and doesn't use the punch along the bottom, the third is the main design I used for a few Christmas Cards I made this year. I love using the Elegant Bouquet embossing folder on the background of these cards and the new In Colour Concord Crush.<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGLZ9ki7sI/AAAAAAAABN4/U-pcw-0V_XI/s1600/IMG_6149.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5544365894410628802" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGLZ9ki7sI/AAAAAAAABN4/U-pcw-0V_XI/s320/IMG_6149.jpg" /></a> <div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGLZuWnZ_I/AAAAAAAABNw/4CT-B5mVJxo/s1600/IMG_6147.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5544365890325669874" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGLZuWnZ_I/AAAAAAAABNw/4CT-B5mVJxo/s320/IMG_6147.jpg" /></a> <div><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGLYjCn1qI/AAAAAAAABNo/ou2vGj08NAk/s1600/IMG_6146.jpg"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5544365870109152930" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGLYjCn1qI/AAAAAAAABNo/ou2vGj08NAk/s320/IMG_6146.jpg" /></a> <div></div></div></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-85203264534433617002010-11-28T08:41:00.003+10:002010-11-28T08:45:13.542+10:00Colour Spritzing<div>Hi Everyone. I love using the colour spritzer tool I bought earlier this year. I've made a few cards using this technique (it's the splattered chocolate ink look over the flower image on these cards...i hope that is making sense). I made a few of these cards earlier in the year but didn't add to my blog then. I just used one the other day so thought I'd take some pics and add on here now.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5544363674521790210" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TPGJYv1zZwI/AAAAAAAABNg/nt4A23VcZys/s320/IMG_6156%255B1%255D" /></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-29471895131547724522010-11-16T21:48:00.003+10:002010-11-16T21:50:37.703+10:00Bella Rose Scallop Easel Card<div>Back with yet another Scallop Easel. I've had a couple of requests from friends to make these lately. This one is for a little girl who'll turn 5 soon.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5540113331014362290" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TOJvuMaEZLI/AAAAAAAABNY/DcQiNlSs9Cw/s320/IMG_6101.jpg" /></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-2588523842217815812010-11-14T19:58:00.004+10:002010-11-14T20:07:17.170+10:00Yep, you guessed it...another Scallop Easel Card<div>I have some flowers that I have been wanting to use on cards for some time now and thought this style of card would suit the big flower. I teamed it with he Cottage Wall DSP, Rich Razzleberry and Orchid Opulence card stock. The butterflies have been paper pierced too for something a little different.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5539344439881214418" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TN-0a1unqdI/AAAAAAAABNQ/bEEA9wX--rI/s320/IMG_6096.jpg" /></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-86607414895389657032010-11-13T19:26:00.002+10:002010-11-13T19:30:54.494+10:00Scallop Easel Take 3<div>And another Scallop Easel Card...this time something a bit brighter. Since taking the photo I have added a rhinestone to the birdie for an eye. The centre of the flowers has crystal effects and the bird is clear embossed although you probably can't tell in the photo.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 320px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5538963636468163458" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TN5aFKd9o4I/AAAAAAAABNI/3CyTiBcX3gc/s320/IMG_6089.jpg" /></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-86970757110794567192010-11-12T17:49:00.001+10:002010-11-12T18:31:19.943+10:00Another Scallop Circle Easel Card<div>Hi there, loving these scallop easel cards at the moment. I've made some things but never seem to get around to taking photo's of and posting them. It also seems forever since I played along with a <a href="http://www.makeeshabyl.com.au/index.php/2010/10/08/inkspirations-sketch-challenge-43/">Keesh </a>challenge. So here I am with a card for her latest. My daughter has a birthday party for her little friend Piper today and here is the card we have made for her. Gotta flee. They use a strip of plastic from a shopping bag as the slide mechanism....how cool is that. I thought I'd give it a go and here is the card I made. Again my photos are very ordinary but the card has been given to my sister and brother in law for their 28th wedding anniversary so I can't retake the photo now. These are quite cool to make.<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaxZWXHEmI/AAAAAAAABKw/BIyZSOezyBg/s1600/IMG_5877%5B1%5D"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500779043936997986" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaxZWXHEmI/AAAAAAAABKw/BIyZSOezyBg/s400/IMG_5877%5B1%5D" /></a><br /><div><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaxY5M7XyI/AAAAAAAABKo/AzPdKaCAFew/s1600/IMG_5878%5B1%5D"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500779036109659938" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaxY5M7XyI/AAAAAAAABKo/AzPdKaCAFew/s400/IMG_5878%5B1%5D" /></a> </div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-61099805839183642302010-08-02T21:34:00.002+10:002010-08-02T21:43:15.872+10:00Purse Bag for TreatsFirst of all, apologies for my grainy photo but I wanted to share these cute little bags with you. This is an old tutorial of the very talented <a href="http://www.makeeshabyl.com.au/index.php/2008/10/28/make-it-monday-16/">Makeesha Byl's</a>. Keesh uses ribbon as her handles, however I've used whisper white card stock with a strip of matching DSP. These are perfect for little treats and the front panel could be adapted to a range of shapes, in fact I'm going to try and make another using the scallop circle soon. These are really simple to make and I'm sure I'll make plenty more in the future.<br /><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFauB5KUwAI/AAAAAAAABKg/GlBC2viCzJ0/s1600/IMG_5874%5B1%5D"><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500775342426865666" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFauB5KUwAI/AAAAAAAABKg/GlBC2viCzJ0/s400/IMG_5874%5B1%5D" /></a> <div> </div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-67741372054304746082010-08-02T21:15:00.003+10:002010-08-02T21:30:37.025+10:00One Sheet Wonder - Vintage VogueIt's been a while since I did a One Sheet Wonder. For those unfamiliar with the term, it is where you take a piece of A4 and stamp it up or <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error">DSP</span> and cut into various pieces usually to a template to create several cards. I can across <a href="http://www.google.com.au/imgres?imgurl=http://www.craventime2stamp.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/august-2009-001.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.craventime2stamp.com/%3Ftag%3Done-sheet-wonder&usg=__uZC9-ncIgZUVeKR9pPOweBgGrew=&h=2448&w=3264&sz=3458&hl=en&start=5&um=1&itbs=1&tbnid=v1vdS95MkLQt6M:&tbnh=113&tbnw=150&prev=/images%3Fq%3Done%2Bsheet%2Bwonder%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26rlz%3D1T4GFRE_enAU376AU376%26tbs%3Disch:1">Linda <span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error">Craven's</span> </a>blog recently and loved the One Sheet Wonder she made using the Vintage Vogue stamp set. I have used slightly different colours than Linda using Purely pomegranate, Old Olive, Whisper White and Pretty in Pink. I took a few quick pics before I used one of the cards for a girlfriends birthday.<br /><br />So first up is the template I followed from Linda's blog.<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 301px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500771906126436834" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaq538dWeI/AAAAAAAABKY/fuVLq657Mh0/s400/april-blog-photos-023.jpg" /><br />And here is my piece of paper all stamped up<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500771902160792370" border="0" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaq5pK-azI/AAAAAAAABKQ/RWJPtfYbe7o/s400/IMG_5796%5B1%5D" /><br />And a couple of pics of my cards all completed<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500771891692041106" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaq5CLB85I/AAAAAAAABKI/_6EdDqbm-Eo/s400/IMG_5883%5B1%5D" /><br />the wind kept blowing them over....<br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 300px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5500771880561813154" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TFaq4YtYJqI/AAAAAAAABKA/9W6_AufGSmM/s400/IMG_5884%5B1%5D" />Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-89813689205274500862010-07-13T22:47:00.003+10:002010-07-13T22:49:16.722+10:00Love You<div>I like this little card made from scrap DSP and the heart punch. She also has a template for little boy cards too, I just haven't had any friends produce any baby boys lately. I gave these two cards to two very good friends, who also happen to be sisters that had their latest babies just a couple of weeks apart.<img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5493370443661920562" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TDxfUDoZSTI/AAAAAAAABJo/DM4eGcQaHU0/s400/IMG_5762%5B1%5D" /><br /><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5493370435181636226" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_UJ24xERTPLs/TDxfTkCiaoI/AAAAAAAABJg/5pYKfEE-F_E/s400/IMG_5761%5B1%5D" />Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5180228858103303347.post-4062996756691556482010-07-13T22:19:00.003+10:002010-07-13T22:32:17.395+10:00FTL #98Hi, finally getting a chance to play along with the latest sketch challenge at <a href="http://cleanandsimplestamping.blogspot.com/2010/07/ninety-eight.html">Clean & Simple Stamping</a>.
